Before the Applause - Book Illustration
When Joe DeSensi, the co-author of Before the Applause - Why Artists Neet to be Good Project Managers, approached me about doing some illustration work for his latest book. DeSensi told me that he wanted something fun and colorful, and. he really liked the idea of some hand-drawn cartoons. I agreed, and completed about seven illustrations, featuring three simple characters representing different types of artistic work. After a few meetings, it became apparent that these characters were going to play a much larger role in the book.

I ended up creating over 500 individual hand-drawn illustrations through my work with the two authors, and the page layout team.  Below, is a sample of some of the work, but you can check out book at amazon.
