Lead a small team of professionals to promote JAVS products and services. This encompassed not only the overall company branding, but for other sub-brands as well, such as FLEX AV, Notewise, and others. From concept to execution, I was involved in all aspects of marketing initiatives including sales sheets, posters, trade show displays, brochures, packaging, and promotional materials.
I designed, implemented, and maintained the company website, and coordinated with internal company teams to integrate marketing data and website analytics into the NetSuite CRM/ERP. I also managed the company marketing automation platform (Act On) to create email blasts, collect lead data, score and evaluate site visitors, and pass those leads onto the sales team through the NetSuite CRM integration.
My creative design skills were utilized by various departments throughout the company for the creation of newsletters, sales presentations, annual reports, product packaging and instructions, recruiting materials, instructional videos, voice-on-hold/phone tree recordings, corporate training graphics/animations, product schematics and use case illustrations, and more. For my department, I designed everything you can imagine from business cards, sales sheets, newsletters, invitations, posters, direct mail, whitepapers, case studies, informational packets, folders, banners, etc. I also designed and implemented a company branding guide, helping other departments (and customers) utilize the JAVS logo and product logos appropriately.
My team consisted of a social media manager, creative/technical writer, and an events coordinator. Cooperating together, we managed the various social media sites for the JAVS corporate presence, as well as company products and software. My team was in charge of all materials and logistical planning for company trade shows. We ensured all graphics, promotional materials, giveaways, and supplies were stocked, prepared, shipped, and ready for sales associates at the over 200 trade shows and events we attended each year. Together with my writer, we collected and organized a boilerplate document that contained the various RFP response text that the company had produced over the years and collated it into a reference document that could be used as a "menu of answers" available for all future RFP responses, making the response process much faster and eliminating the use of old documentation or information in company messaging.
